Job description
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. We are looking for an engineer who thrives on solving difficult technical problems, designing scalable systems, and writing production-quality code. Success in this role means spending most of your day actively building software, reviewing pull requests, and mentoring engineers-rather than primarily coordinating work or managing projects., · Design and develop our enterprise SaaS platform while remaining an active contributor, writing production-quality C# and React code.
· Lead the migration of our DevExtreme/Knockout.js application to React.
· Design cloud-native solutions using Azure, microservices, and asynchronous messaging.
· Review pull requests, mentor engineers, and elevate engineering standards.
· Improve testing, CI/CD, observability, documentation, and performance.
· Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to improve software quality and team productivity., Beyond technical expertise, you will be a great fit if you:

Preferred Technical Experience
- Experience with DevExtreme React Components and/or legacy Knockout.js.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or distributed caching (Redis).
- SignalR or real-time communication technologies.
- Active use of AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) within daily engineering workflows.

- Frontend: React, TypeScript, DevExtreme React, legacy Knockout.js (migrating).

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

If you've built great software, enjoy solving hard problems, and want to help build an exceptional engineering team, we'd love to hear from you., · Demonstrated success designing, developing, and deploying enterprise SaaS applications using C# and .NET.
· Track record of leading complex technical initiatives from architecture through production.
· Strong experience with microservices, REST APIs, and asynchronous messaging.
· Deep hands-on experience building cloud-native solutions in Microsoft Azure.
· Strong SQL Server performance tuning and React/TypeScript development skills.
· Experience modernizing enterprise applications and migrating legacy frontend frameworks to React.
· Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
