Job description
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will have a critical role in Echodynes relentless pursuit of delivering industry best advanced radar solutions to our customers. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and maintain products that contribute to meeting Echodynes business growth objectives. The scope of this role includes development of a variety of hardware/software products., * Deliver innovative products and solutions that exceed customer expectations and advance Echodynes core technology differentiation
- Define, plan, and manage complex development programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, systems engineers, radar scientists, manufacturing engineers and sourcing
- Track and report program status and metrics
- Drive continuous improvements in product development methodologies
Requirements
- Ability to identify solutions to challenging problems that optimize results for Echodyne and our customers
- Ability to weigh risks and make clear decisions based on available information
- Ability to lead engineering and research teams to achieve objectives
- Experience leading hardware development programs
- Experience leading development programs in collaboration with customers and partners, * Experience leading embedded software and hardware development programs
- Experience using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools or software
- Experience using project management tools, such as MS Project, MS Excel, and JIRA
- Experience in Agile or hybrid waterfall-Agile software development methodologies
- Strong communication and presentations skills
- Building collaborative relationships both internally and externally, Bachelor's degree in engineering, other technical degree, or equivalent work experience 5 years or more in technical program management

The expected annual salary range for this role is$124,733-$187,048 USD
