Job description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the orchestration of technology changes across a complex application ecosystem supporting a global ERP transformation. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all non-ERP systems-including legacy platforms, custom applications, integrations, and cloud services-evolve in alignment with the broader transformation strategy.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and driving complex technical dependencies across multiple business and technology workstreams. This position operates at the program level, shaping strategy, managing interdependencies, and ensuring successful business outcomes while partnering closely with project managers responsible for day-to-day delivery.

What You'll Do

Program Leadership & Governance

  • Own the end-to-end coordination of application and technology changes impacted by a major ERP transformation.
  • Drive alignment across multiple projects, workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Lead executive-level governance, reporting, and decision-making forums.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, dependency plans, risk registers, and mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor program health and provide executive-ready status updates, dashboards, and recommendations.
  • Partner with business leaders, product owners, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to align priorities and execution plans.
  • Coordinate technical deployments and release activities across multiple initiatives.
  • Ensure technology changes are delivered without disrupting ongoing business operations. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support program objectives.

Integration & Architecture Oversight

  • Collaborate with architecture and integration teams to design and validate end-to-end application and data flows.
  • Ensure integrations adhere to enterprise standards for security, compliance, scalability, and governance.
  • Oversee integration testing, validation, and production readiness activities.
  • Guide the evolution of edge applications to support the future-state technology architecture.
  • Support global and regional rollout planning, deployment execution, and legacy system decommissioning activities.

Technology Transformation & Modernization

  • Identify opportunities to modernize applications through automation, cloud adoption, and integration simplification.
  • Lead application rationalization efforts, including retirement or replacement of redundant platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer across teams.

Change Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for technology changes across impacted applications.
  • Conduct impact assessments and coordinate change activities across multiple teams.
  • Partner with organizational change management and communications teams to support user adoption and business readiness.
  • Facilitate resolution of cross-functional issues and competing priorities across the transformation portfolio.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP, enterprise technology, or digital transformation programs.
  • Proven success managing complex portfolios of interdependent projects with executive-level visibility.
  • Experience coordinating technology changes across multiple enterprise applications and integrated platforms.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration approaches, including APIs, middleware, ETL, event-driven architectures, and data synchronization patterns.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across business, technology, and external partner organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience developing business cases, RFPs, vendor evaluations, and managing key third-party partnerships.

Key Competencies

  • Enterprise program leadership
  • Strategic systems thinking
  • Executive influence and stakeholder management
  • Enterprise-scale risk and dependency management
  • Technology transformation leadership
  • Organizational change management
  • Value realization and outcome-based delivery
  • Cross-functional collaboration and decision facilitation
