Job description

  • Lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SD solutions.
  • Configure and optimize SAP SD and related OTC functionality, including pricing, billing, order management, delivery, and returns.
  • Drive best practices and standardization across global business processes.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Lead workshops, solution design sessions, testing, training, and deployment activities.
  • Provide leadership to functional teams and support project governance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot complex business and system issues while driving continuous process improvement.

Requirements

CTG is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA OTC Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. This role is ideal for an SAP SD expert with strong leadership skills and a proven track record delivering enterprise SAP solutions that improve business operations and customer experience., * Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) and SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)

  • Strong knowledge of:

  • Sales Order Management

  • Pricing & Rebates

  • Available-to-Promise (ATP)

  • Credit Management

  • Delivery Processing

  • Transportation Integration

  • Billing & Invoicing

  • Returns & Complaints Management, Experience designing and implementing SAP HANA-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Sales & Distribution solutions., Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration with Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain modules., Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills., * 8+ years of SAP SD/OTC experience with multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations.

  • Hands-on experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

  • Proven experience configuring SAP SD and integrating with SCM and Finance.

  • Experience working with global business users and system integrators.

  • Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise SAP initiatives from design through deployment and production support.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • SAP S/4HANA or SAP SD certification is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Benefits & conditions

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80.00 to $85.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
