- Develop and maintain test procedures, documentation, and ERP-based tracking/reporting systems
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins., + Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience

Strong expertise in infrared detector performance and FPA test methodologies

Experience with test system development, hardware integration, and validation

Knowledge of ROICs, ASICs, and cryogenic test environments

Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and diagnosing complex technical issues

Strong communication skills and ability to present complex technical concepts clearly

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support flexible schedules (including occasional weekend testing)

Salary Range:
$120,300.00-$160,400.000
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
