Job description

  • Provide first- and second-line IT support to employees, remotely and on-site.
  • Configure, deploy and maintain laptops, mobile devices, printers, meeting-room equipment and workplace technologies.
  • Manage IT asset lifecycle, including inventory, repairs, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN, printers, meeting-room systems and connectivity issues.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions and access rights across Microsoft 365 and business applications.
  • Support key internal applications, including collaboration, HR, finance, CRM, project and time-tracking tools.
  • Ensure cybersecurity hygiene through patching, endpoint protection, access control and user awareness.
  • Support the adoption and responsible use of AI productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot or equivalent solutions.
  • Help users understand how to use AI tools safely and effectively in their daily work.
  • Contribute to AI-related documentation, FAQs, training material and internal good practices.
  • Identify repetitive IT or administrative tasks that could be improved through automation or AI-assisted workflows.
  • Maintain IT and AI-support documentation, troubleshooting guides and asset registers.
  • Coordinate with external IT providers, software vendors and hardware suppliers.
  • Contribute to IT improvement projects, system upgrades, AI adoption initiatives and digital workplace transformation.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, workplace technology or digital workplace support.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows devices, networking basics and business application support.
  • Experience with user access management, ticketing systems and asset management.
  • Strong interest in AI productivity tools, automation and digital transformation.
  • Good understanding of data confidentiality, cybersecurity and responsible technology usage.
  • Ability to explain technical and AI-related topics clearly to non-technical users.
  • Structured, reliable, service-oriented and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Fluency in English; French and/or Dutch are strong assets for a Belgian consulting environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Copilot Studio or similar AI-enabled workplace tools.
  • Microsoft 365, Azure, AI Fundamentals, ITIL, CompTIA or cybersecurity certification.
  • Experience in a consulting, professional services or multi-country environment.
  • Experience supporting hybrid work, Teams rooms, endpoint management or digital workplace projects.
