Job description

We are looking for a GenAI Platform Developer to join the technology group developing PrediQT's cloud-based engineering platform. You will design and implement agentic AI workflows that interact with CFD solvers, grid generation tools, databases, APIs and visualization systems, enabling engineers to set up, run, analyse and document high-fidelity simulations through natural language and intelligent automation., * Design, build and maintain agentic AI workflows for CFD pre-processing, solver orchestration, post-processing, reporting and engineering decision support.

  • Develop robust integrations between LLM-based agents, scientific Python tools, internal APIs, databases, cloud services and simulation software components.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation, tool-calling, evaluation and observability mechanisms to ensure reliability, traceability and continuous improvement of AI-assisted workflows.
  • Contribute to customer-facing interfaces, dashboards and visualization tools for scientific and engineering users.
  • Write high-quality documentation and contribute to technical publications, demonstrations and conferences in AI, CAE and scientific computing.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience in modern LLM ecosystems and a genuine interest in scientific computing. We are looking for someone able to move quickly from prototype to production-quality implementation, while maintaining reliability, clarity and engineering discipline., A Master or PhD in computational fluid dynamics, applied mathematics, mechanical or aerospace engineering, scientific computing, or a closely related field is strongly preferred., * Strong Python programming skills and experience building production-grade AI or automation workflows.

  • Hands-on knowledge of LLM frameworks and tooling such as LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, RAG, MCP, evaluation frameworks and agent orchestration.
  • Experience deploying cloud-based applications and services, preferably on AWS.
  • Ability to design clean APIs, reliable data flows and maintainable software architectures for technical users.
  • Interest in CFD, CAE, numerical simulation, scientific visualization or engineering software.

Soft Skills

  • Creative, rigorous and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to experiment fast while building robust systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with scientists, engineers and software developers.
  • Curiosity for emerging GenAI technologies and willingness to keep the team at the cutting edge of a fast-moving field.
  • Builder mindset, autonomy and team spirit in an early-stage deep-tech environment.

Benefits & conditions

Pay range and compensation package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including salary, stock options and social benefits. This is an opportunity to join PrediQT at an early stage and contribute directly to the development of a new generation of high-fidelity industrial simulation software.

About the company

PrediQT Technologies - Brussels, Belgium. Full-time position in a deep-tech R&D team developing next-generation high-fidelity flow simulation software for aerospace, propulsion, energy and weather forecasting. We are looking for exceptional candidates who have already developed or contributed significantly to advanced software technology and who can operate at the level of software architecture, scientific workflows, cloud implementation and AI-enabled engineering productivity. About the Company PrediQT Technologies develops next-generation high-fidelity, scale-resolved CFD software for industrial applications. Our ambition is to change the simulation paradigm by combining advanced numerical methods, GPU-native performance and, in the longer term, quantum computing capabilities. Our SuRF solver and GenAI-based engineering platform are designed to deliver a new level of accuracy, reliability and engineering productivity for industrial flow simulation. Industrial demand is shifting toward simulations that can resolve complex unsteady flow physics with higher fidelity, while remaining usable in real engineering workflows. This evolution, together with major advances in numerical methods, GPU computing, quantum computing and GenAI, led to the creation of PrediQT Technologies. Why joining us: Join a creative and ambitious deep-tech team working at the frontier of numerical simulation, GPU computing, GenAI and quantum computing. We value scientific excellence, engineering rigor, intellectual honesty and teamwork.
