Lead Consultant- SAP S/4

We are seeking a skilled SAP Senior Test Manager to join our dynamic team in a customer facing role. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP Test Strategy and Process, SAP test automation frameworks, specifically with tools like Solution Manager Focussed Build, Tricentis Tosca, and will have exceptional client interaction skills. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication abilities, as you will be central in designing and implementing scalable test automation solutions for our clients. SAP testing experience in Life Sciences/Pharma industry is a must to have. Your role In the role of an SAP Senior Test Manager, you will own the engagement and deliverables for Entire Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Execution, Test Automation etc, and some of the key tasks are listed below

• Design, develop, and implement SAP Test Strategy for SAP S/4 Greenfield implementation to meet client-specific needs
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Provide expert advice and best practices in SAP Testing to stakeholders
• Ensure scalable and robust SAP S/4 Test Processes.
• Drive and Own AI related use cases implementation in Testing
• Test Planning and Execution
• Effort estimation of Manual and Test Automation Task
• Ensuring timely delivery and within budget constraints
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in test automation.
• Continuously assess and improve automation processes and tools for enhanced efficiency.
• Experience in Pharma/Lifesciences industry

• Overall 15+ Years of experience in SAP Testing
• 10+ Years of experience in Independently managing and Leading the SAP Testing Projects
• Proficiency in designing and implementing SAP Test Approaches/Strategy
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance (QA) methodologies.
• Experience in Integration of Testing and ALM tools
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale automation projects.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
