Job description
We are looking for a Growth Product Owner that will own a portfolio of screens that shapes how some of the largest projects in the world get delivered., You will have end-to-end ownership, from scope creation to design prototypes that Engineers can directly pick for build. This ownership ensures you can directly express your vision on what problem to solve fast and efficiently. We embrace human direction and accountability with heavy AI tooling - you will work with new ways today, the way everyone else will be working tomorrow.
- Roadmap: Generate 6-week roadmaps based on the 3-month roadmaps given to you by the head of product.
- Own KPIs: Drive feature adoption, deepen engagement, and improve retention and expansion for your portfolio of screens, with clear targets and regular reporting on how your work moves those numbers.
- Test hypotheses and run experiments: Turn insights into clear hypotheses about activation, adoption or retention; design and run small, measurable experiments (A/B tests, copy/layout changes, onboarding tweaks), analyze the impact, and either iterate, scale, or kill ideas based on the data.
- Product Discovery: Watch sales calls, use Mixpanel, Hotjar, talk with customer success and do competitive analysis to generate new feature ideas.
- Elicit requirements: Establish communication with existing customers, build rapport with their users and elicit requirements for both new and existing features.
- Wireframe and User flows: Use Miro to generate user flows for your new features, along with capturing how users use existing tools to solve their problems.
- Suggest new features and success KPIs: Propose new features using data-driven arguments for them, and present it to the Head of Product., * You will report to the Head of Product.
- We are a product centric company so the Product is the connection of multiple functions. Disciplines you will work and communicate with include: Engineers, QA, Design, other Product owners, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales.
- We're remote-first, but if you miss the smell of whiteboard markers, we've got an office for you (Cyprus).
Requirements
- You have 3-5 years of experience in a B2B product management role with direct ownership of growth metrics such as activation, retention, feature adoption, not just delivery dates.
- Proven track record of running growth experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests, or iterative launches), and using the results to iterate or kill ideas.
- You know when to say no. Protect the team from low-value work and scope creep
- You are able to work with senior Engineers presenting trade-offs e.g scope vs speed of delivering a feature.
- You earn the engineer's trust in the teams you have worked with.
- You know how to communicate the same thing to different stakeholders: Engineers, Design, Sales, other Product owners.
- You know how to use data to extract conclusions and hypothesis.
- Experience with Perplexity (or similar) where output has helped shape features/capability
- Degree in Computer Science or other STEM background., * Previous VC-backed start-up experience
- Experience in working with Data Scientists
- You have learned a new technical domain and shipped features to prove it.
- Created wireframes and designs for your features.
- Experience with Cursor or no-code tools (like Lovable)
- Experience with Figma Make, Claude Design, Impeccable or similar

About the company
Did you know that an ancient Roman Aqueduct initially cost 12 million sesterces but ended up costing more than 30 million? Big projects have always been problematic to humanity - we want to fix that.
We are developing an AI-first SaaS platform to help people who deal with very large projects. If someone is building a nuclear plant or a data center, they need a special kind of software to organize and prioritize their work. That's us.
Recognized by TechNation, Construction Tech Review, and Amazon as industry leaders, we're part of Oxford University's Creative Destruction Lab and Entrepreneur First alumni, with awards from CIR, CogX, and the British Construction Industry. Our global clients include Intel, AECOM, and BAM, and we've raised $30M to date from top VC funds.
This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious deep-tech start-up in a dynamic and mission-driven environment, driving our growth from a start-up to a scale-up
