You'll work with our clients to develop modern analytics and data platforms that serve as the foundation for reporting, self-service analytics, and AI.

You'll design scalable data architectures and analytical data models, and ensure sustainable data governance. You'll support clients in modernizing their data warehouses and data lakehouses, as well as in building cloud-based data platforms.

You are responsible for the successful implementation of complex data and analytics projects - from a technical, organizational, and business perspective.

You lead interdisciplinary teams of analytics engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and consultants.

You'll guide clients from strategy through design to the successful implementation of modern data solutions. You'll help clients, the business, and people grow

You'll build long-term client relationships and strategically develop existing accounts.

You'll identify new business opportunities and provide support for proposals, client workshops, and pitches.

Requirements
- You have several years of experience advising on or leading complex data, analytics, or cloud transformations.
- You have extensive experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or modern data platforms.
- You have excellent knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- You are familiar with current technologies and methods related to dbt, DataOps, data quality, data governance, and modern ELT/ETL architectures.
- You know how to translate business requirements into sustainable data architectures and analytics solutions.
- You lead interdisciplinary teams with enthusiasm and communicate confidently with stakeholders, including those at the management and C-level.
- You think entrepreneurially, identify opportunities with clients, and actively help shape proposals and business development.
- You have excellent German and English communication skills.
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field.
