Job description
We are looking for a Senior/Lead UX/UI Specialist to own both design quality and the conversion rate optimization program for a global printing and packaging company's customer-facing digital products. You will design interfaces and flows from wireframe to high-fidelity spec, form test hypotheses from qualitative and quantitative evidence, design and deploy A/B tests using platforms such as VWO or Optimizely, and present findings directly to client stakeholders. The role requires proven ownership of a CRO or experimentation roadmap and strong analytics literacy alongside Figma proficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Design user interfaces and flows for web applications, from wireframe through high-fidelity specifications;

Own the CRO program by identifying friction points, forming hypotheses, and designing experimentation roadmaps aligned with business goals;

Design, specify, and deploy A/B tests, analyze results, and translate findings into product recommendations;

Analyze user behavior data to identify barriers to adoption and retention;

Collaborate closely with frontend engineers on test implementation and design handoff;

Provide objective and timely reviews of the existing UX strategy and product architecture;

Maintain and evolve design system components and interaction patterns;

Present findings, recommendations, and experiment outcomes directly to client stakeholders.
Requirements

Proven track record forming test hypotheses from qualitative and quantitative evidence;

Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms;

Strong analytics literacy with the ability to interpret funnels, segment data, and evaluate statistical significance;

Proficiency with Figma and modern design/prototyping workflows;

Experience designing for React/Next.js applications, collaborating with engineers, and producing clear design documentation and handoff specifications;

Excellent English communication skills and the ability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVES

Experience with VWO;

Background in B2B, industrial, or manufacturing-sector products;

Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Hotjar;
