As a Software Developer (f/m/d) for Integrated Systems, you will be responsible for designing the best functionalities in material flow control and ensuring their smooth and professional implementation as part of Element Logic's warehouse solutions.
In addition, you can expect the following responsibilities and areas of focus:
Your Responsibilities
- Advising customers on the required warehouse processes during the sales phase
- Order-specific design of IT systems/software architecture (using .NET / C#) for MFC, visualization, etc.
- Coordinating subcontractors
- Drafting project specifications for the order and clarifying interfaces with stakeholders (internal and external)
- Software configuration and design of new features and interfaces
- Close collaboration with and supervision of the specialist for the lower-level control system (PLC)
- Planning and execution of internal test runs and on-site commissioning
- Development of the associated documentation and user manuals
- Monitoring deadlines for project and interface processing
- Conducting FATs and on-site commissioning
Requirements
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or have comparable education/professional experience, and you enjoy actively communicating across all levels to develop the best solution for the customer., * You have professional experience in the configuration, programming, and commissioning of intralogistics systems.
- You are fluent in German (fluency in German is a must) and also have a good command of English.
- You have professional experience in software development using .NET and C#.
- Working with relational databases, preferably MS SQL Server, is second nature to you.
- You have a talent for building positive working relationships with suppliers.
