Job role:Senior Salesforce DevOps & Tech LeadRole OverviewThe Senior Salesforce DevOps & Tech Lead will architect, build, and maintain our continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines while providing technical guidance to development teams.This role is pivotal in establishing a reliable, automated release management culture across complex multi-org environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevOps Architecture:Design, optimize, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools like Gitlab-CI and Salesforce CLI (SFDX) to automate deployments.Technical Leadership:Act as a technical mentor to developers, establishing branch strategies (Gitflow), code quality gates, and automated testing frameworks.Environment Strategy:Manage sandbox strategy, data masking, and org synchronization across scratch orgs, sandboxes, and Production.Release Management:Oversee complex deployment release packages, resolve merge conflicts, and utilize advanced debugging tools like Inspector to troubleshoot deployment blockers.Pre-requisites & QualificationsExperience:7+years of technical experience, with a heavy focus on Salesforce release management, architecture, and team leading.DevOps Stack:Gitlab-CI, CLI (SFDX), DevOps center, and Salesforce Inspector.Technical Depth:Strong understanding of core programmatic structures (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) to effectively debug deployment failures.Skills:Exceptional leadership, automated pipeline troubleshooting, and release governance expertise.#J-*****-Ljbffr
