Job description

· Lead the development and delivery of a high-impact Data & Analytics product portfolio that influences decisions from clinic managers through to the MVH Europe Leadership Team.

· Shape and own the analytics product roadmap, ensuring data-driven solutions align with business strategy and deliver measurable value

· Partner with stakeholders across Europe, acting as a trusted advisor and bridging the gap between business priorities and analytics delivery.

· Coach and support talented analysts and data scientists, helping them create simple, compelling insights that drive action across the organisation.

· Play a key role in advancing data quality, governance, responsible AI practices, and the adoption of analytics solutions that improve operational performance and patient care.

Requirements

· Proven product management experience within Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, with a track record of delivering business value through analytics products.

· Strong experience managing product roadmaps, balancing priorities, and working effectively with stakeholders in a complex matrix organisation

· Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate complex data concepts into clear business outcomes.

· A strong understanding of analytics, data management and business intelligence principles. Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Python would be advantageous.

· Passion for developing others, combined with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience within healthcare or veterinary environments would be highly desirable.

You'll join the MVH Europe Data & Analytics team, a collaborative and forward-thinking function dedicated to transforming data into actionable insights that support better business decisions and ultimately help create A BETTER WORLD FOR PETS. Working alongside Data Engineers, Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Governance specialists and Delivery Managers, you'll help shape a growing analytics capability that supports more than 450 veterinary hospitals and clinics across Europe.
