This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Infrastructure Analyst to play a key role in building and scaling modern Azure-based data platforms. You will work across infrastructure, automation, and cloud technologies, helping to deliver robust and secure data solutions while influencing technical best practice. This role provides the opportunity to work with modern Azure technologies and contribute to meaningful cloud transformation projects. The Role You will:
- Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform and Bicep.
- Develop and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to support efficient deployments.
- Automate infrastructure and operational processes using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Support the deployment and optimisation of Azure data platforms and services.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve cloud infrastructure performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Work with Azure services including Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Storage Accounts, Networking, and Virtual Machines.
- Document infrastructure designs, technical processes, and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Bicep.
- Hands-on experience managing Azure cloud environments.
- Expertise in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline development.
- Strong scripting capability with PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Experience with Azure services including Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Storage, Networking, and Security services.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure monitoring, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Python for automation is beneficial.
- Azure certifications are advantageous.
