Job description

You will work with large-scale datasets, influence senior stakeholders, and help shape the direction of a business used by millions of customers across the region. The Role You will act as a strategic analytics partner, helping teams make better decisions through data, insight, and experimentation. Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with product, commercial, and marketing stakeholders to understand business challenges and define analytical priorities
  • Translate complex business questions into clear analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations
  • Identify opportunities and risks across customer acquisition, retention, monetisation, and conversion
  • Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover trends and business insights
  • Build dashboards and reporting solutions focused on key business and performance metrics
  • Communicate findings to a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Support experimentation, measurement frameworks, and data-driven product development
  • Collaborate with data and technology teams to improve data quality, tracking, and analytical scalability

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience in data analytics within a digital product, marketplace, e-commerce, or technology environment
  • Advanced SQL skills, including complex querying and optimisation
  • Strong Python experience for analysis, modelling, and automation
  • Experience working with modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks, BigQuery, AWS, or similar
  • Experience using Tableau or comparable BI visualisation tools
  • Strong understanding of digital business metrics, customer behaviour, and revenue drivers
  • Experience influencing business decisions through data and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with experimentation, measurement, and modern analytics practices
