This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Data Infrastructure Analyst to play a key role in building and scaling Azure-based data infrastructure. You will work on cloud-first projects, helping to design, automate, and optimise environments that support critical data and analytics initiatives. - Design, build, and maintain Azure infrastructure to support data and analytics platforms.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform and Bicep.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps.
- Automate deployment, configuration, and operational processes using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise cloud infrastructure performance, reliability, and security.
- Support Azure services including Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Networking, and Key Vault.
- Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to infrastructure standards and best practices.
- Work closely with data, engineering, and platform teams to deliver robust cloud solutions.
- Support ongoing enhancement of infrastructure automation and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience building and managing Azure infrastructure environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Bicep.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline development.
- Advanced scripting skills using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Experience working with Azure services including Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, Key Vaults, and Log Analytics.
- Understanding of cloud networking, security principles, and infrastructure best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver scalable solutions.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Azure certifications are beneficial but not essential.
