Job description

We're working with a well-established B2B media business that's investing heavily in data and insight to drive smarter commercial decisions across its digital products, events, subscriptions and marketing. They're now looking for a Senior Data Analyst to become a key member of the team, transforming complex data into actionable insights that influence decisions across the business.This is an opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, own business reporting and dashboards, and play a pivotal role in shaping a growing data function. What you'll be doing:Building and maintaining dashboards that provide meaningful business insightsAnalysing website, email, subscription, event and commercial performanceTurning complex datasets into clear, commercially focused recommendationsWorking closely with teams across Marketing, Commercial, Product and FinanceIdentifying trends, opportunities and areas for optimisationImproving reporting processes, automation and data visualisationSupporting the wider data strategy and championing data-driven decision making

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Senior Data AnalystStrong experience building dashboards and self-service reportingHands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag ManagerAdvanced SQL, BigQuery and Excel skillsExperience using Looker Studio, Power BI and/or TableauExperience with an ESP such as Dotdigital (or similar), including email performance reportingExperience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or WorkbooksPrevious experience analysing digital publishing, media, subscription or event productsExcellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
