Job description

We are looking for a Regional Systems Co-Ordinator to join our team in the South East area. Based at our depot in Welwyn Garden City, the role will involve supporting the team there, and at other depots in the region with regular travel to other sites.

Main purpose of role

To ensure company systems are used effectively and consistently across the region, so that all work is recorded accurately, performance is clearly visible, and services are delivered efficiently and in line with requirements.

The Regional Systems Co-Ordinator role supports operational teams to use systems correctly and confidently, helping to improve data quality, reduce errors, and ensure information is up to date and reliable. It also involves monitoring system use, identifying gaps or issues, and working with teams to improve how systems are used day to day.

By providing clear and accurate information, the role helps managers track performance, manage workloads, meet compliance requirements, and make informed decisions. It also supports ongoing improvements by identifying better ways of working and helping to implement system and process changes across the region., * System Performance & Adoption

Requirements

  • Experience in systems coordination, IT support, or operational systems management
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capability
  • Experience driving system adoption and behavioural change
  • Understanding of operational environments (field-based services)
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO standards)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and training skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to produce high-quality reports, analyze data, and present insights effectively
  • Strong capability to train, coach, and support colleagues in the effective use of internal IT systems, driving confidence, adoption and compliance.
