Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess broad infrastructure expertise across Windows, Linux, virtualisation, monitoring, backup and security technologies, coupled with experience operating within regulated or highly controlled environments., * Strong Windows and/or Linux server administration experience
- Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
- VMware and/or Hyper-V
- Infrastructure monitoring tools (SCOM, SolarWinds, Splunk or similar)
- Backup and recovery solutions (Rubrik, NetBackup or equivalent)
- PowerShell, Bash or other Scripting/automation skills
- Experience supporting both BAU operations and infrastructure projects
- Strong technical documentation and discovery experience
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier engagement skills
Highly Desirable Experience
- CyberArk or other Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
- Supporting infrastructure within secure, restricted or highly regulated environments
- Working with segregated networks, Firewalls and jump hosts
- Managing infrastructure where change control is strict and downtime is highly sensitive
- Infrastructure patching, monitoring and maintenance within critical operational environments
- Citrix and SCCM/MECM
- Hybrid on-premise and cloud environments
- Azure and/or AWS exposure
