Job description
The Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud Manager owns the day-to-day build, configuration, and governance of our Revenue Cloud instance - from product catalog architecture through pricing, quoting, and deal desk workflows. This role sits at the intersection of Salesforce administration, commercial strategy, and PE-grade financial rigor.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

Configuration and administration of Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Billing, and Subscription Management

Ensures accurate quoting, streamlined billing processes, and compliance with revenue recognition standards

Configure products, pricing, product bundles, rules, quote templates, approvals, and discounting structures. Build advanced logic such as product rules, price rules, automation flows, and guided selling. Optimize quote-to-order processes to improve accuracy and reduce cycle times

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing and billing processes. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to translate and maintain commercial pricing and contract policy into system logic.

Train and support end users on CPQ workflows; serve as escalation point for configuration issues Document system architecture, data dictionaries, and governance standards for audit and value-creation reporting

Requirements
Fixed and Mobile Radiology

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

4+ years hands-on Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud administration experience (CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant certification a plus)

Demonstrated experience building product catalogs, pricing engines, and discount/approval matrices from scratch

Strong data modeling skills, with comfort normalizing large, messy asset/equipment datasets

Proficiency with Tableau or similar BI tools for pipeline/revenue reporting
-
Excellent cross-functional communication skills, able to translate technical configuration into business terms

Travel may be required up to 15%
Preferred:
-
Bachelor's Degree with focus in Healthcare, Business, or Legal
-
2 years of physician sales and marketing experience in a healthcare environment.

Prior Imaging and/or Oncology experience.

Master's Degree or Equivalent Experience (MS, MA, MBA)

Experience partnering with Finance/Deal Desk functions
-
Experience with Agentforce AI features (e.g., Flex Credits, Document AI) for quoting and contract intake automation
