The Incentive Compensation Lead will be responsible for providing key implementation support for Oracle Sales Cloud (Sales Performance Management) projects. Primary responsibilities will be focused on delivering the setup, configuration, and integration of Oracle SPM projects with various CRM, HR, and ERP systems. The candidate will need to be client-facing and can serve as a subject matter expert for key capabilities such as: Incentive Compensation, Territory Management, Sales Coaching, Gamification, and Analytics.
The Work:
- Application development including: setup, configuration, data migration, and integration of Oracle Sales Cloud/Sales Performance Management
- Gather requirements and validate technical viability of requirements
- Build prototypes and demos
- Manage and support conference room pilot (CRP) workshops
- Support testing activities including: unit testing, system testing/product testing, and user acceptance testing
- Team lead for onshore and offshore resources
- Subject Matter Expert to help support sales and proposal work
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Territory Management, Sales Coaching, Gamification, and Analytics
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Oracle Sales Cloud/Sales Performance Management
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Incentive Compensation
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus Points If:
- Proficiency in Generative and Agentic AI tools
- Experience in the Consulting industry
