Deliver first-line technical assistance for employees across multiple business locations, resolving common IT issues with a strong service mindset.

Diagnose and address problems involving computers, printers, mobile hardware, software applications, and network access to keep users productive.

Provide support for operational and warehouse technologies, including handheld Android-based devices and document or label printing systems.

Monitor and manage incoming service requests, prioritize work effectively, and close tickets in accordance with support expectations.

Coordinate employee onboarding and separation tasks by preparing accounts, configuring equipment, and ensuring proper access changes.

Install, configure, maintain, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile endpoints used throughout the facility.

Work with internal infrastructure specialists and external technology vendors when issues require escalation or project coordination.

Contribute to hardware refreshes, technology deployments, platform updates, and other site-level improvement efforts.
Requirements

Assist with occasional after-hours support needs or on-call coverage when business operations require extended availability. Requirements * At least 2 years of experience in help desk, desktop support, or a similar technical support role.

Practical experience supporting Microsoft environments, including Windows 10 and common business applications.

Working knowledge of Active Directory, user account support, and basic troubleshooting across desktop technologies.

Exposure to both cloud-based Azure services and on-premises infrastructure components.

Ability to troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, and service desk tickets in a structured and efficient manner.

Strong communication and customer support skills with the ability to assist both office staff and operational personnel.

Comfortable working fully onsite in a distribution or operations-focused setting.

Experience with ticketing or IT service management tools is helpful, and familiarity with Zebra devices or labeling software is a plus. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
