Job description
Our client is seeking a Design Systems Architect to join a highly specialized team responsible for building and evolving an enterprise React design system used across more than 100 internal web applications. This isn't a traditional front-end development role-you won't be building customer-facing features. Instead, you'll design and develop the reusable components, frameworks, and developer tools that enable engineering teams across the organization to build applications faster, more consistently, and with accessibility built in., You'll work closely with designers, accessibility experts, and engineering teams to understand real-world challenges, influence the direction of the design system, and create reusable building blocks that improve the developer experience across the organization.
Requirements
This team thrives on solving the problems that others consider impossible. They're looking for someone who naturally questions assumptions, thinks outside the box, and enjoys designing elegant, scalable solutions to complex engineering challenges. Success in this role isn't measured by years of React experience alone-it's demonstrated through the ability to architect innovative solutions, explain the reasoning behind technical decisions, and build systems that remain flexible and maintainable as requirements evolve., * Expert-level experience with React and TypeScript \n
