Job description
We are seeking an experienced leaders for Intelligent Infrastructure Services Advisory to lead large-scale technology transformation initiatives for complex, global organizations. This role blends deep infrastructure engineering expertise with strong advisory, program leadership, and executive-level client engagement. You will serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and senior technology leaders, helping them modernize, optimize, and future-proof their infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments., * Advise senior client executives on infrastructure strategy, operating models, and technology transformation roadmaps
- Lead complex infrastructure engineering programs, including cloud migration, data center transformation, resiliency/DR, and infrastructure modernization
- Translate business objectives into actionable infrastructure architectures and delivery plans
- Provide thought leadership on emerging infrastructure trends (cloud, automation, resilience, cost optimization, AIOps)
- Design and oversee end-to-end infrastructure engineering solutions across compute, storage, network, platform, and service management
- Own delivery excellence, risk management, financial performance, and client satisfaction for large engagements
- Support business development through solution shaping, executive workshops, and proposal leadership
Core Technical & Advisory Skills:
Intelligent Infrastructure Services & Architecture
- Compute, storage, network, virtualization, and platform services
- Hybrid and multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred)
- Resiliency, high availability, backup, and disaster recovery
Transformation & Advisory
- Infrastructure strategy and roadmap development
- Cloud adoption frameworks and migration factory models
- Operating model and organizational design
- Cost optimization, FinOps, and infrastructure rationalization
Engineering Excellence
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation
- DevOps, SRE, and modern infrastructure delivery practices
- Tooling for observability, monitoring, and operational analytics
Leadership & Communication
- Executive-level communication and storytelling
- Program and portfolio governance
- Stakeholder management across business and technology leaders
- Team leadership, coaching, and talent development
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, infrastructure engineering, or technology consulting
- Minimum 8 years in a leadership role delivering large-scale infrastructure or cloud programs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience), * Infrastructure architecture and engineering (on-premises, hybrid, and cloud) experience
- Cloud transformation and migration programs (public, private, and hybrid cloud) experience
- Infrastructure operations, resiliency, and service transformation
- Proven experience advising C-level and senior technology executives in large, complex enterprises
- Strong background in professional services, consulting, or enterprise technology environments
- Experience leading large, multi-vendor infrastructure programs
- Strong understanding of regulatory, security, and risk considerations in infrastructure design
- Industry certifications (cloud, architecture, or infrastructure)
- Experience across regulated industries such as financial services, life sciences, or public sector
