Job description
- Proposing and demonstrating technical approaches in alignment with military standards and specifications.
- Working on multiple projects at once and managing priorities while communicating successes and challenges with the integrated technical team.
- Adhering to prescribed configuration management for all coding.
- Collaborate with government personnel to set up the lab equipment to including software installation/updates and system configuration.
- Creating and maintaining relevant documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures, configurations (software and hardware), and related materials.
Requirements

BS degree in Computer Science, engineering, scientific, or technical discipline

Experience demonstrating the ability to engineer complex systems with integrated software and hardware solutions

Experience working with Windows operating systems

Experience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems

Experience demonstrating the ability to engineer complex systems with integrated software and hardware solutions.

Debugging and performance optimization skills to garner processing efficiencies by avoiding or quickly identifying bottlenecks, memory leaks, and general inefficiencies in processing.

Active Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
10 years of experience with object-oriented languages, such as Java, C#, C++ experience.

At least 6 years of experience performing software design, coding and compilation of code; computer or software requirements management, computer systems or software integration; and utilizing systems engineering software tools; system architecture design.

Experience with programming languages and tools like C/C++, Jira, Jenkins, and GitLab.

Experience with developing mobile software and GUIs.
Benefits & conditions
The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000.
