Job description

In this role, you will identify and define user/customer requirements, focusing on developing user interfaces (UI) across various platforms such as mobile, web, and tablets. You will be responsible for creating software components and services that interact seamlessly with upstream and downstream components, ensuring that business requirements are met through effective coding and programming., As a Senior Application Designer and Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Adobe CJA solutions, ensuring that client objectives are met and exceeded. You will:

  • Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
  • Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across various marketing channels.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in marketing strategies.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.
  • Design and develop user interfaces that are not only functional but also enhance user experience.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.

Requirements

We are seeking a talented Adobe CJA Developer Senior Consultant to join our dynamic Marketing Transformation team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to design, develop, and implement analytics solutions that drive customer insights and enhance marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, experience with Adobe CJA, and a passion for delivering actionable insights to clients., To thrive in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of customer journey analytics, and the ability to communicate insights effectively. Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project delivery from initiation to completion.
  • Managing client relationships and engaging in daily interactions.
  • Ensuring quality assurance and adherence to best practices in analytics implementation.
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in application development tools and quality assurance practices.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with clients, fostering trust and value.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas with clarity.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree)
  • Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
  • Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships at all levels.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
