- Work collaboratively within a cross-functional Agile team operating under a DevOps model.
- Design, develop, deploy, release, and monitor high-quality software applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in planning, backlog refinement, and feature definition sessions.
- Work closely with Solution Architects to align developments with the organization's architecture strategy.
- Contribute actively to Software Engineering communities, sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, testing, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Promote continuous improvement and ownership throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
We are seeking highly skilled Senior Data Platform Engineers with strong expertise in Snowflake, dbt, Apache Airflow, Python, SQL, and Azure DevOps, combined with experience integrating Salesforce platforms to build scalable, cloud-native data and analytics solutions.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on senior engineer who can independently drive data platform initiatives, implement best practices, and collaborate with global teams and stakeholders., * 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Cloud Data Platforms.
- 5+ years of experience with Snowflake.
- 5+ years of experience with Python.
- 8+ years of experience in Advanced SQL and Data Modeling.
- 3+ years of experience with:
- dbt
- Apache Airflow
- Azure DevOps
- CI/CD Pipeline Development
- Strong experience with:
- Data Warehousing and ELT concepts
- Git and version control
- Performance optimization and troubleshooting
- Salesforce integrations
- Experience integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud with enterprise data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/Bulk APIs), CDC, and extraction frameworks.
- Experience building ingestion pipelines from Salesforce into Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, metadata, security, and data models.
- Experience working in Agile environments and distributed global teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
