Job description
- Manage and administer the global Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
- Ensure consistent processes, governance, and platform standards across all regions.
- Act as the main point of control for Salesforce changes, releases, and system enhancements.
- Coordinate deployments and release activities within a structured DevOps environment (Copado).
- Support quote-to-cash processes, including pricing, product configuration, and quoting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Monitor data quality, system performance, user access, and security compliance.
- Support Salesforce integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Manage and guide regional administrators within a global governance framework.
- Drive user adoption through training, process improvements, and enhanced user experience.
- Prioritize and deliver continuous platform improvements aligned with business needs.
Requirements
You will support and govern our RIB global One-CRM platform. You will be responsible for the operation, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA). This position requires a strong combination of Salesforce administration expertise, governance mindset, stakeholder management, and experience working within complex enterprise environments., * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
- 3-5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience within a global or enterprise environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience in B2B software, SaaS, or multi-product organizations.
- Experience supporting quote-to-cash, sales operations, or commercial processes.
- Experience working within structured release management and DevOps environments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, permissions, data models, and Flow automation.
- Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams and regions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance governance, standardization, and business requirements.
- English language proficiency (minimum C1 level) required.
- Advantageous Exposure to MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
- Experience with ERP integrations, particularly SAP or similar systems.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce capabilities.
- Additional Salesforce certifications.
- Spanish and German language skills.
