- Basic network knowledge: Virtual IPs, firewalls, Load Balancers
- Experience with SOAPUI, Postman, or ServiceNow
- Govern L2 operational activities during the Europe shift to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance
- Investigate and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines
- Perform platform analysis, troubleshooting, and log analysis to identify the root cause of issues
- Execute operational procedures, runbooks, and recovery steps
- Support deployment, release, and change implementation activities
- Document incidents, resolutions, and known workarounds, and keep knowledge base articles up to date
- Identify recurring issues and recommend operational improvements
- Develop and maintain simple automation scripts for repetitive tasks
- Drive production support meetings and operational reviews
- Support Flex Gateway Platform setup and configuration
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required
- Contribute to on-call activities and major incident resolution when operationally needed

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in MuleSoft platform management (platform operations, not API development)
- First experience with MuleSoft Flex Gateway (Omni Gateway)
- Solid knowledge of Authentication & Authorization mechanisms: OAuth and OpenID Connect (API security standards and implementation)
- Terraform and OpenShift expertise (mandatory)
- Experience with GitHub and Argo CI/CD
- Basic knowledge of AWS and Azure environments
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
- English at C1 level (CEFR)
- Ability to work in a hybrid model: minimum 3 days on-site per week in Madrid, 2 days remote
- Occasional availability for out-of-hours support and short-period travel or relocation within Europe
