In this Reliability Engineer role, you'll join an advanced R&D environment focused on semiconductor technology, analog and RF design, and next-generation wireless applications. Your work directly contributes to the reliability, robustness, and performance of innovative semiconductor products. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary engineering team working at the intersection of IC design, power integrity, reliability analysis, and physical verification. Within this environment, you'll collaborate closely with design, layout, and technology specialists to identify reliability risks early in the development cycle and help enable first-time-right silicon. What you'll be doing as a Reliability Engineer:
- Performing electromigration and power integrity analyses
- Evaluating current density and reliability risks
- Analyzing electrothermal behavior of semiconductor designs
- Performing design verification and physical validation
- Identifying design weaknesses and proposing improvements
- Developing reliability analysis methodologies
- Collaborating with design, layout, and technology teams
- Supporting failure analysis and reliability qualification activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar
- Knowledge of semiconductor, analog, RF, or IC design concepts
- Familiar with power integrity or reliability analysis
- Experience with Cadence Virtuoso is preferred
- Programming skills in Python, Skill, Perl, or similar are a plus
- Fluent in English
