Job description

  • Provide mentoring and support to other members of our team.
  • Deliver remote technical support via email and telephone to diagnose and resolve end-user operational problems and queries quickly.
  • Provide on-site support and installation of hardware and software.
  • Specify, recommend, provide, configure, and implement equipment such as desktops, servers, printers, and supporting software in line with client requirements.
  • Contribute to standard configurations, documentation, and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our clients.
  • Implement technical solutions for client and internal projects.
  • Remotely monitor client infrastructure through our RRM system.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service and in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with people at all levels.
  • Knowledge of helpdesk, PSA, and RMM systems, with the ability to adapt to new software and programs.
  • Strong understanding and experience of the Microsoft desktop and server stack, including Windows 10, Windows Server, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Good broad knowledge of networking technologies and concepts such as LAN, WAN, and DHCP.
