Job description

We are a growing engineering team delivering innovative software for large-scale, mission-critical programmes. This is a hybrid role based in Warminster offering up to £90,000, where you will have real influence over architecture, engineering standards, and the products you build. You will work on complex technical challenges, collaborate with engineers, product teams, and customers, and help define technical direction while driving engineering excellence.

Requirements

  • We are looking for an experienced software engineer with full stack development experience in commercial environments.
  • We ideally want experience with Angular or another modern TypeScript frontend framework.
  • We want experience in Java backend development.
  • We want experience with SQL databases and API development.
  • We want experience in system integration and enterprise application development.
  • We want experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
  • We want experience with software architecture and scalable system design.
  • We want experience working in agile delivery and collaborative development practices.
