As a UX/UI Designer, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering exceptional digital experiences across OSB Group's website journeys, spanning both customer-facing marketing experiences and more complex digital interactions.
This is a hands-on design role where you'll work across the full design lifecycle, from discovery, research, and analytics through to interaction design, prototyping, testing, and final UI delivery. You'll use customer insights and behavioural analytics to inform design decisions, creating intuitive, accessible, and customer-centred experiences that support both user needs and business objectives.
Joining OSB Group during an exciting period of transformation, you'll have the opportunity to influence how customers discover, evaluate, and engage with our products and services within a regulated financial services environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, self-motivated individual to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of our digital customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include…
- Designing end-to-end user journeys, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for marketing and website experiences.
- Delivering both standard and more complex user journeys, applying design thinking methods to understand user and business needs, supporting and where required facilitating workshops.
- Balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to create mobile-first, multi-channel customer experiences that drive engagement and conversion, while ensuring all designs meet accessibility and inclusive design standards (WCAG 2.2 AA)
- Working collaboratively in agile with cross-functional teams to understand problems, define scope, and improve customer journeys across touchpoints, reducing hand off issues.
- Contributing to discovery activities and design planning, using customer research and behavioural analytics to define problems, identify opportunities, and explore effective solutions.
- Defining and delivering UX research (e.g. usability testing, user interviews) and synthesise findings into clear insights that inform design decisions.
- Leading design system development, using and evolving components and patterns where needed, partnering with engineering to ensure accurate implementation and promote adoption.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in mobile first UX/UI or product design, with ownership of end-to-end design work essential
- Solid experience delivering both straightforward and more complex website journeys, contributing to user research and applying insights to design.
- Understanding of marketing journeys and funnel conversion optimisation
- Hands-on and delivery-focused, proven skill of delivering practical user centred solutions with attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, variants, prototyping) essential.
