Job description

We are seeking an DTC -Ecommerce Coordinator (EU) to support the day-to-day trading and optimisation of POP MART's European direct-to-consumer eCommerce business.Reporting to the Ecommerce & Digital Manager, this role sits at the heart of our EU eCommerce operation and will work closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service, Product, and Technology.This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who enjoys working across trading, content, analytics, and customer experience. You will help ensure our websites deliver best-in-class customer journeys, support successful product launches, and contribute to the continued growth of POP MART's online presence across Europe.The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences within a fast-paced, product-led environment. Responsibilities Site Trading & Merchandising Execute weekly product launches across EU eCommerce sites, including product page setup, homepage updates, campaign assets, and content publishingConduct regular site audits and quality assurance checks to identify and resolve customer-facing issuesCoordinate creative asset delivery with internal and global teams to ensure timely campaign executionSupport localisation initiatives across key European markets including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and future expansion marketsMaintain accurate and consistent product information, content, and merchandising across all regional websites Site Optimisation & Customer Experience Identify customer journey friction points and contribute to ongoing website optimisation initiativesSupport A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) activitiesCollaborate with Product and Technology teams on new feature releases, platform enhancements, and user experience improvementsMonitor competitor activity and industry best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Merchandising teams to identify inventory risks and support launch planningCoordinate with Supply Chain teams to ensure fulfilment readiness during launches, promotions, and peak trading periodsProvide Marketing teams with accurate product and campaign information for all customer-facing channelsPartner with Customer Service teams to resolve operational issues and escalate recurring customer concerns appropriately CRM & Customer Engagement Support the execution of email marketing and push notification campaigns aligned to the trading calendarAssist with audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, content QA, and GDPR-compliant consent managementMonitor campaign performance and contribute insights for optimisation and future planning Data & Reporting Monitor key eCommerce performance metrics using GA4 and internal reporting toolsProduce weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales, traffic, conversion, and customer behaviourIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable recommendationsSupport ad hoc reporting and business analysis projects as required SEO, Content & Localisation Coordinate localisation of product descriptions, website content, metadata, and user interface text across European marketsConduct quality assurance reviews to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and brand alignmentSupport SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) initiatives to improve organic visibility and discoverability

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Digital Commerce, Retail Management, or a related discipline1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital trading, online merchandising, digital marketing, or a related fieldExperience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar web analytics platformsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracyStrong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving Desirable but Not Essential Experience working with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo or similar email marketing toolsExposure to A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), or customer experience initiativesExperience using reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or TableauKnowledge of content localisation and multi-market eCommerce operationsExperience within retail, consumer products, collectibles, lifestyle, fashion, or entertainment industriesPassion for designer toys, collectibles, creator culture, gaming, or pop culture brandsAdditional European language skills would be advantageous Apply If you are excited to be part of POP MART's journey and believe you have the skills and passion to contribute, click Apply Now and send us your CV.
