Job description
This isn't a traditional IT Project Manager role. Apollo Home Healthcare is investing seriously in becoming a digitally led organisation, and we need a Digital Transformation Project Manager who wants to build and lead that change - not sit in meetings updating project plans. You will be equally comfortable setting strategic direction and rolling your sleeves up to configure systems, solve implementation problems, and support people through change.
Current Transformation Programme:
You will join at an exciting point, with a live digital transformation portfolio including:
- Digital Care Records (ACP)
- HR & Payroll Transformation
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Commercial CRM
- Microsoft Fabric & Power BI
- AI & Microsoft Copilot adoption
- SharePoint & Microsoft 365 optimisation
- Process automation
- Digital forms and workflow redesign, * Own Apollo Home Healthcare's Digital Transformation Roadmap, balancing quick wins with strategic change.
- Lead multiple concurrent projects - plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, and benefits.
- Oversee business systems implementation, from configuration through go-live and hypercare.
- Line manage the Systems Lead and coach the Systems & Projects Coordinator
- Drive Apollo Home Healthcare's AI and automation agenda, including Microsoft Copilot adoption.
- Manage technology suppliers and negotiate better outcomes.
Requirements
- A track record leading digital transformation or business systems implementation programmes.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management rigour.
- Strong change management and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence managing suppliers and holding them accountable.
- Experience leading or building a small team.
Desirable: Healthcare or CQC experience, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, PRINCE2, Agile or Lean Six Sigma.
