Job description
Write optimized, scalable and well-documented code to implement the virtual environments.

Test, evaluate and debug code, and document workflows for the simulated reality experiences.

Communicate updates, participate in project discussions, and share technical solutions with the team.

Research new tools and stay informed of latest developments in the visualization and gaming industry., This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling.
Requirements
The individual should have software application development experience, and knowledge of game hosting., Professional experience in gaming/visualization industry with at least 1 year of software development experience.

Proven ability to create immersive environments, program game mechanics, integrate assets, and use rendering & physics systems.

Proficiency in C++ & OpenGL, with the ability to write clean, maintainable and extensible code with attention to reusability.

Knowledge of memory optimization techniques, GUI libraries, version control tools, server hosting, and WebSocket API.
