Job description

As a Senior Foreign Disclosure Support Analyst, you will provide senior-level foreign disclosure support to a Department of Defense customer supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office mission. In this role, you will leverage your experience in foreign disclosure, international programs, security analysis, and stakeholder coordination to support mission-critical information sharing decisions across complex organizations.

You will work closely with government and contractor personnel to review, coordinate, track, and manage foreign disclosure actions while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution. This position offers the opportunity to support a high-visibility DoD program and contribute to strategic international partnerships that support national defense objectives.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Provide senior-level support for foreign disclosure reviews, documentation, coordination, and action tracking.

  • Review disclosure packages, correspondence, decision records, reports, and supporting materials for accuracy and completeness.

  • Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to support timely resolution of foreign disclosure actions and issues.

  • Maintain and update disclosure trackers, records, briefings, and recurring reporting products.

  • Support meetings, data calls, leadership updates, and working groups related to foreign disclosure activities.

  • Identify documentation gaps, process risks, and opportunities to improve foreign disclosure support execution., * Candidates must be able to work in the Arlington office Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

  • Travel up to 10% may be required, including CONUS and OCONUS locations.

  • Support will be provided to a Department of Defense customer within the F-35 Joint Program Office environment.

  • Candidates must maintain required security clearance eligibility throughout employment.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance; an active Secret clearance is preferred.

  • Master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree and 14 years of relevant experience.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience supporting foreign disclosure, international programs, security analysis, compliance, or related Department of Defense support functions.

  • Strong analytical, written communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Ability to work onsite in Arlington, Virginia, Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%, including CONUS and OCONUS travel, as required.

Desired Skills

  • Experience supporting foreign disclosure, international programs, security cooperation activities, or related Department of Defense missions.

  • Experience supporting administrative processes, records management, and document control within a secure environment.

  • Prior experience working in a secure facility and adhering to security protocols and procedures.

  • Experience working within a security countermeasure environment.

  • Ability to work effectively with government personnel, military leadership, and contractor stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience preparing reports, executive-level briefings, correspondence, and tracking spreadsheets.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, suspense dates, and competing priorities.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify documentation gaps, process risks, and areas for improvement.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

  • Ability to support data calls, working groups, leadership meetings, and recurring reporting requirements.

  • Experience supporting major defense acquisition programs, international partner programs, or F-35 program activities.

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SAP eligibility preferred.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance preferred and utilized within the last two years.

  • Current active Secret or Top Secret clearance preferred.
