Job description
Analyzes algorithm descriptions from systems engineering to determine architectural changes. Performs software development from requirement analysis through integration, acceptance test, and delivery. Develops software in C++ programming language for embedded applications. Works with Linux or Rocky target environments from both Linux and Windows hosts. Uses Agile methodology for software development iterations and delivery. Integrates and tests software with hardware components in the target environment. Analyzes existing software code base to determine architectural improvements and changes. Applies knowledge of publish or subscribe communication protocols including RTI DDS. Requirements
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR). Active Secret Clearance with most recent investigation in the last 5 years. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college. Real-time embedded software development experience using C++ programming language with Linux. Integration and test experience involving software and hardware. Experience with Agile software development methodology. Experience analyzing algorithm descriptions to determine architectural changes. Experience developing software from requirement analysis to integration and delivery. Knowledge of Ada programming language. Experience with RTI DDS, CORBA, C-Make, or GitLab CI/CD pipelines., Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) to comply with ITAR regulations.
