Requirements
Local Managed Service Provider seeks a unique individual able to perform within a team environment who is highly motivated, and customer service focused. Implement, manage, recommend, and maintain systems and workstations of many small and medium businesses; able to perform the duties of IT Technician Level II. Possess interpersonal skills necessary to maintain & build strong client relationships. Ability to clearly and professionally communicate both written and verbally. Enthusiastically represents available service offerings to both new and existing clients.
Expert knowledge of:
- Configuring, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Windows PC's and Servers
- Networking Troubleshooting (i.e.) TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP, DNS, VPN, OSI model
- VPN Client Configuration
- Microsoft Office Products
- Microsoft Outlook configuration and troubleshooting
- 3rd party hardware and software troubleshooting
- Wireless networks
- Printing in a network environment (Print Server management; LDAP integration; user login scripting)
- Enterprise level antivirus software
- Troubleshooting with a mindset of businesses workflows
Advanced knowledge of:
- Remote Management Systems/Software/RMM Agents
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Microsoft Azure
- Apple and Mac devices
- Data Backup & Restoration: BDR devices, Cloud backup service
- Firewalls and Networks
- VOIP Technologies
Basic knowledge of:
- Centralized mobile device management
- Virtualization technologies from host management to virtualized machine management and administration (Hyper-V, VMWare, Etc) including Private Cloud solutions
- DNS troubleshooting: A, MX, CNAME record management and troubleshooting
Desirables:
MSCE/MCP/MCTS, A+, Network+, Security+, IT Compliance knowledge (i.e.: HIPAA, FINRA, PCI, NIST, CMMC), Watchguard Certifications, help desk experience.

Requirements:
Must have access to a dependable Internet Connection. Available for occasional on call and weekend hours. Personal, reliable transportation and ability to drive to multiple client locations. Occasional heavy lifting, bending, climbing, crawling, reaching., Associates Degree or equivalent (Required)

IT support: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)

Erie, PA and surrounding locations (on site is required both in the office and at client locations)
