Technical Support Specialist / X-Ray Installation Engineer

• Provide technical support to customers, distributors, dealers, and Field Service Engineers.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, software, and system-related issues.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Document troubleshooting activities and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to improve products.

Installation & Field Service Development

• Progress into installing, configuring, and commissioning X-ray systems at healthcare facilities.
• Perform mechanical assembly, electrical connections, system testing, and calibration.
• Train customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Travel throughout North America alongside experienced engineers.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Robotics, Physics, Biomechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Associate degree candidates or individuals with relevant technical experience will also be considered.

Technical Skills:

• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
