Job description

As a Foreign Disclosure Support Analyst - Mid, you will provide foreign disclosure support to a Department of Defense customer supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office mission.

You will leverage your analytical skills, attention to detail, and understanding of security documentation to support the proper review, coordination, tracking, and release of information to international partners. This position requires a highly organized professional capable of working effectively with government and contractor stakeholders in a secure environment while supporting critical mission requirements.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Support foreign disclosure review activities, including tracking, documenting, and coordinating disclosure-related actions.
  • Assist with preparing and reviewing disclosure packages, correspondence, decision records, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to support timely completion of foreign disclosure actions.
  • Maintain trackers, logs, and records used to manage disclosure requests, status updates, and suspense dates.
  • Support meetings, briefings, data calls, and recurring reporting associated with foreign disclosure activities.
  • Help ensure disclosure-related documentation is accurate, complete, organized, and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Provide analytical support and maintain visibility of action items to facilitate efficient program execution.
  • Support process improvement efforts related to disclosure tracking and reporting activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience supporting foreign disclosure, international programs, security analysis, documentation management, or related Department of Defense support functions.
  • Master's Degree and ten (10) years of relevant experience may be considered.
  • In lieu of a degree, an additional fourteen (14) years of directly related experience may be considered.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
  • Experience preparing reports, briefings, tracking spreadsheets, and supporting program documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with government and contractor personnel.

Security Clearance Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SAP eligibility is preferred.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance utilized within the last two years is preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a secure facility is preferred.

Desired Skills

  • Prior experience supporting foreign disclosure or international security cooperation activities.
  • Prior experience working in a Security Countermeasure environment.
  • Experience supporting administrative processes and document management in a secure facility.
  • Excellent experience preparing reports, briefings, tracking spreadsheets, and status reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate actions among multiple stakeholders and organizations.
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense security and disclosure processes.

Work Location and Schedule

  • This position is 100% on-site in Arlington, Virginia.
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
  • Ability to perform work within a secure government facility environment.

Travel

  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS as required.
