Technical Program Manager

• Experience using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools or software\n
• Experience using project management tools, such as MS Project, MS Excel, and JIRA\n
• Experience in Agile or hybrid waterfall-Agile software development methodologies\n

nEchodyne is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with experience in hardware and software product development to join our team working in a fast-paced environment developing high-performance commercial radar solutions. \n \n \nROLE OVERVIEW\n \n \nAs a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will have a critical role in Echodynes relentless pursuit of delivering industry best advanced radar solutions to our customers. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and maintain products that contribute to meeting Echodynes business growth objectives. The scope of this role includes development of a variety of hardware/software products. \n \n \nRESPONSIBILITIES\n \n \n \n

• Deliver innovative products and solutions that exceed customer expectations and advance Echodynes core technology differentiation\n
• Define, plan, and manage complex development programs\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, systems engineers, radar scientists, manufacturing engineers and sourcing\n
• Track and report program status and metrics\n
• Drive continuous improvements in product development methodologies\n

\n \nREQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE\n \n \n \n

• Ability to identify solutions to challenging problems that optimize results for Echodyne and our customers\n
• Ability to weigh risks and make clear decisions based on available information\n
• Ability to lead engineering and research teams to achieve objectives\n
• Experience leading hardware development programs\n
• Experience leading development programs in collaboration with customers and partners\n
