Picture your day starting in our West Dundee, IL demo center, fine-tuning a swissQprint flatbed for a customer visit. By late morning, you're walking a new operator through color workflows and media setup. In the afternoon, you're on a remote session diagnosing a RIP configuration, then wrapping up by preparing sample prints that help a prospect choose the right materials. On travel weeks, you're on-site with clients across the U.S. and Canada, turning complex print challenges into confident production., * Lead hands-on operator training for customers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
- Provide technical pre-sales support that helps advance opportunities with the Sales team.
- Develop deep mastery of swissQprint printers and related operating software.
- Deliver expert assistance via phone, email, and remote-access tools.
- Run material tests and produce application samples for customer qualification.
- Conduct live equipment demonstrations that showcase swissQprint capabilities.
- Maintain demo systems and support trade show preparation and execution.
- Handle required administrative tasks for applications workflows and reporting.
- Keep work areas-both in our facility and at customer sites-orderly and safe.
- Invest in continual learning to sustain and grow technical certifications.

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to Canada.
