LucidWorks Fusion Developer

Insight Global is seeking a Lucidworks Fusion Developer to support one of our clients enterprise search platform. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the client's search environment, ensuring users can effectively locate content and information across internal and external applications.

Responsibilities include supporting search indexing and ingestion processes, troubleshooting search-related issues, improving search relevancy, implementing enhancements within Lucidworks Fusion, and partnering with technical teams to optimize the overall search experience. This person will also assist with ongoing maintenance activities, production support, and the development of search solutions that improve end-user accessibility and performance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Lucidworks Fusion experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a production support environment. This role is roughly 15-18hr, * 2+ years of hands-on experience with Lucidworks Fusion

• Experience developing, configuring, and supporting enterprise search solutions

• Experience working with search relevancy, indexing, query pipelines, and data ingestion

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills within Lucidworks Fusion environments

• Experience supporting production search applications and resolving user issues

• Ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders to understand search requirements

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a support-focused environment * Experience with Kubernetes

• Experience with Apache Solr

• Experience supporting cloud-based search platforms

• Experience with search analytics and relevancy tuning

• Prior experience supporting enterprise website or application search functionality
