- Lead major initiatives involving one or more infrastructure engineering technologies, ensuring seamless execution and delivery at scale.
- Collaborate with other platform teams to design and implement transformative changes that resolve complex issues and modernize our technology processes, driving innovation across the organization.
- Execute innovative approaches for the design, development, and technical troubleshooting of highly complex problems, ensuring robust and effective outcomes.
- Carefully consider upstream and downstream data, systems, and technical impacts, providing expert guidance on mitigation strategies to safeguard business operations.
- Contribute to a team environment built on diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect, helping us grow stronger together
Requirements
- Formal training or certification on infrastructure disciplines concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft products, including Exchange, Exchange Online, Outlook, SharePoint, M365, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage high-stakes incidents with composure and effectiveness.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one infrastructure technology and proficiency in scripting languages, especially PowerShell.
- A drive to expand your technical and cross-functional knowledge beyond your core product area.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence partner teams by presenting data-driven recommendations for feature prioritization
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies with the ability to operate in and migrate across public and private clouds'
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to support your colleagues.
- Ability to lead calls during major incidents, engaging the right experts to drive swift resolution.
- Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering principles.
- Experience supporting applications on cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting
