Job description

As a Senior Organizational Development Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for anchoring organizational development in HET's Mission, Vision, Purpose, and Group Values by designing and driving coherent change initiatives that support strategy deployment across Heraeus Electronics in line with the broader Heraeus Group.

You support leaders and teams in shaping organizational processes, structures, and culture in line with strategic priorities to strengthen execution capability.

In your role, you act as a trusted advisor and change partner, enabling efficient end-to-end processes, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and effective interface management.

You will actively lead selected projects and contribute to strategic initiatives at the regional, global, or Heraeus HR Community level.

Furthermore, you strengthen virtual collaboration and modern ways of working to support Heraeus Electronics journey towards an even stronger global organization.

You are responsible for providing governance, transparency, and impact measurement for organizational development initiatives to ensure fact-based steering and long-term effectiveness.

Moreover, you act as an integrator across HR functions, including Learning & Development, business leaders, and broader transformation initiatives to build organizational capabilities and ensure coherence between organizational design, people processes, and evolving business needs.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced, self-motivated, and proactive Senior Organizational Development Manager (m/f/d) to drive Heraeus Electronics strategic transformation by translating our Mission, Vision, and Purpose into effective organizational structures, leadership capabilities, ways of working, and cultural change., A minimum of ten years of professional experience in Organizational Development, preferably in complex, international and matrix-based organizations

Universal degree e.g. Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration, Business Economics, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

Formal qualifications in systemic organizational development, systems thinking, organizational psychology, with capability in system diagnostics, change architecture and cultural transformation

Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale organizational change and transformation initiatives beyond isolated projects

Experience in connecting organizational development strategies with learning, capability-building, and employee development programs

State-of-the-art virtual collaboration skills, including the design and facilitation of virtual and hybrid workshops, fluent use of MS Teams and Microsoft 365, digital whiteboards (e.g. Miro or Mural), and the establishment of effective collaboration standards and decision rules

Strong intercultural competence with hands-on experience working across regions and cultures, idealistic in Asian contexts (e.g. China or Southeast Asia), with the ability to adapt change concepts without diluting intent

Credible senior-level advisory capability, able to influence, challenge and align leaders without line authority

High level of personal maturity, political acumen and resilience, combined with a structured, analytical and pragmatic working style
