Job description
For an international company in the seed industry, located in Enkhuizen, we are looking for a Data Analyst to support the Global Quality Control department. This is a temporary role for 6 months.
In this position, you will play an important role in ensuring high-quality data that supports efficient QC testing, digital excellence and operational decision-making. What are you going to do?
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for data management, KPI reporting and working with digital tools such as SAP, LIMS, Power BI and MS Office.
Your tasks will include:
- Ensuring data accuracy and completeness in SAP, LIMS and other QC systems.
- Developing and maintaining QC KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools.
- Supporting data cleansing, harmonization and improvement of data flows.
- Processing, analyzing and visualizing operational and historical QC data.
- Troubleshooting data issues and escalating system problems when needed.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects within QC operations.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and regional QC teams.
- Helping to define and improve global QC business and technical KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience with data analysis, reporting or data administration.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and MS Office.
- Experience with SAP, preferably MM/QM modules.
- Familiarity with LIMS and data management principles.
- Experience with VBA, macros, Access queries or reports is preferred.
- Experience in QC, supply chain or data administration is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Structured, proactive and hands-on working approach.
- Ability to manage deadlines and conflicting priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Quality-conscious and service-oriented mindset.
Benefits & conditions
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00.
- Competitive salary €€3,726 gross per month.
- Contract duration: 12 months.
- Location: Enkhuizen, onsite.
