Job description

Location: UK Remote, with occasional travel to Whiteley and Bath, as requiredClearance: BPSS required (additional vetting required)Engagement: Contract - Inside IR35/Umbrella, day rate £800 per day

Requirements

Essential experience required:* 10+ years' experience delivering high-integrity systems engineering projects* Strong background working within regulated industries such as Defence, Aerospace, Aviation, Transport or Critical Infrastructure

  • Experience across the full systems engineering lifecycle, including:Requirements managementSystem specificationVerification and validationSystems integrationRequirements traceability* Proven experience in customer-facing systems engineering lead roles* Experience working on safety-critical or mission-critical systems* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage across technical and organisational levels* Hands-on experience with MBSE approaches, including SysML/UML* Ability to lead and collaborate within multidisciplinary engineering teams Desirable experience:* Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems experience* Sparx Enterprise Architect* INCOSE certification (CSEP/ESEP) or working towards professional accreditation* Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartershipIf you are an experienced Systems Engineer with a background in complex, regulated environments and are interested in a challenging contract opportunity, please get in touch.
