About the company

We are partnered with a fast-growing organisation operating within a highly regulated healthcare sector that is looking to make its first dedicated UK data hire. This is a genuinely greenfield opportunity. Data currently sits across several different systems, with reporting and analysis relying heavily on manual spreadsheet processes. The business is now investing in building a more reliable data foundation that will provide greater visibility across customer journeys, operational performance and clinical outcomes. As Data Analyst, you will take ownership of bringing this data together, improving its structure and helping senior stakeholders make better, evidence-led decisions. You will receive guidance from an established global data function, but you will operate as the standalone data specialist for the UK business. This makes the role particularly well suited to someone who is self-directed, curious and excited by the opportunity to build rather than inherit.
